Delivery

Orders placed by 3pm are posted on the same day. Within the UK, Royal Mail parcels take an average
of 2-4 working days to arrive.
Special delivery is available on occasion (local provider allowing, via the checkout/basket page),
which provides for guaranteed 2 day
delivery when ordered prior to 3pm. In either case, any order placed after 3pm will be sent out the
next working day at the latest.
For example, if your order is placed on Friday at 7pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday.

Due to our offshore location, issues such as adverse weather conditions may extend delivery times due to the disruption of outgoing boats / planes from the island. The majority of our orders are delivered in advance of the expectation, but there are cases where delays occur that are out of our control. Standard delivery is £5.99.
